Returns & Exchanges

At Velour Garments, we strive for perfection in every piece, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for all premium apparel. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all luxury packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the garments in their original protective velour bags and include the printed return authorization form inside the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
